Terms And Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of marvice.in and the services provided by Marvice Media Private Limited ("Marvice Media", "we", "us"), including our brands Onscreens, Worxforu and Conxyou.
By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. Where a signed proposal, statement of work or agreement exists, its terms take precedence over these general terms.
Our Services
The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Information on this website is a general description of our services and does not by itself form an offer.
Quotations, Payments and Taxes
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fees are payable as per the agreed schedule and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, software licences and hosting are billed separately or paid directly by the client.
Client responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate information, content, approvals and access in time for the agreed schedule.
- Ensuring that materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed review period.
Delays in client inputs may change timelines and, where agreed, fees.
Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of final deliverables passes to the client once all fees have been paid in full. Marvice Media retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grants the client a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
We may show completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless the client asks us not to in writing. All content on marvice.in is owned by Marvice Media and may not be copied without permission.
Unauthorized/Illegal Uses
You must not use this website or our services to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Upload or send malicious code, spam or unlawful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data.
Limitation of Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Search engine rankings, AI search citations, advertising results and platform policies depend on third parties, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, Marvice Media's total liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement; fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
